WEATHER ALERT: Campus Closure Tomorrow
Classes canceled and campus offices and buildings closed Thursday, Feb. 3.

Dear Trinity Community:

The National Weather Service anticipates freezing conditions beginning early tomorrow morning and continuing into the evening. As such, classes will be cancelled and campus offices and buildings will be closed Thursday, Feb. 3.

Faculty are asked to share materials, assignments, or information that might help students stay on track in their courses. Students, please be on the lookout for information from your professors.

All campus operations will be conducted remotely, with only essential personnel on-site. This includes TUPD, Facilities Services, and Aramark, who will have members of their teams on campus to support students. Staff members who are able to work remotely should plan to do so.  If remote work is not possible, staff should stay home and enter Administrative Leave time for their normal work hours that fall during the time campus is closed.

Please watch for further guidance tomorrow afternoon regarding plans for Friday classes and operations. Finally, a reminder that stairs and walkways across campus can become icy, particularly those that are elevated, and those living and working on campus should limit activity and proceed with caution.

If anyone on campus has issues or concerns, please contact your RA or Residential Life at 210-999-7219 or Facilities at 210-999-8413. After hours or in an emergency, please contact TUPD at 210-999-7070.

Stay warm, stay home, and stay safe!
